About Me

Alex
I have battled obesity since childhood. After trying many diets, including low fat and whole food, I finally stumbled on the Paleo Diet. It is the only diet I can stick to long term and the only way of eating that makes sence bilogically, evloutionarily and historically. I love to cook. This blog is a celebration of my journey on the Paleo Diet and the diversity of food we are meant to eat.
