I wanted my Mother's Day feast to be delicious, but not damaging. Thank you for the great ideas and recipes. I love the "couscous" recipe for a great side dish that even my mother will love.
I have battled obesity since childhood. After trying many diets, including low fat and whole food, I finally stumbled on the Paleo Diet. It is the only diet I can stick to long term and the only way of eating that makes sence bilogically, evloutionarily and historically. I love to cook.
