1 week results on the Zero Carb Carnivore diet

I lost 10 lbs! and feel so much better. This way of eating is simple and easy. I am never hungry, lost all carb cravings, my clothes fit a bit better and I am able to buckle my belt one notch more! I am wearing my 34 size jeans again! This way for eating is not for everyone, but is works for me as I have no willpower when it comes to carbs. so eliminating them is a good thing.

  5. Don't give up on your health. I have spent most of my life falling off the proverbial wagon and then eventually hurling myself back on the wagon. I know the hardest struggle is when you know what to do, but find your self back at square one. Just remember, it is about life long health and being there for your beautiful family. Make a new commitment to yourself for lifelong health and fitness. So what if you are starting at the beginning again. It is the starting that is important. My goal is to be able to play in the yard with my great-grandchildren. They won't care about my body shape, but they will love that grandma can hit a double! Empathy and best wishes.
